Atlas Copco SmartTAT Engineer

This Atlas Copco - SmartTAT app will be used by all AtlasCopco-Service engineers working in Industrial Technique service division for attending breakdown tickets raised by registered customers thru “Atlas Copco – SmartTAT app “(customer edition) or Missed call or Whatsapp Chat . And also engineers will use this app to monitor Customer Response Time and take necessary actions to improve the same.

Service Engineers receives push notification when the call is created by the customers, and for subsequent actions will be taken by the service Engineers to resolve the issue and status is updated against the ticket number raised by customer.

Also this has provisions accept or reject the call along with some other futures.
